We Care for the Community
At Peninsula Veterinary Hospital, we feel strongly about giving back to our community. We are proud to provide support, veterinary care, and efforts on behalf of our local law enforcement canine unit and county-wide bird sanctuary. We also enjoy annual judging of cats and small-caged pets at the Door County Fair.
- PSD Odinn, Door County Canine Officer-- along with his handler Deputy Matt Tassoul, Odinn is an essential member of our local law enforcement, providing services in illegal narcotics detection, area searching, tracking, and criminal apprehension. https://doorcountycommunityfoundation.org/donations/icpfopp/
- Open Door Bird Sanctuary-- a nature center devoted to education and rehabilitation programs for Raptors and songbirds in Door County. https://opendoorbirdsanctuary.org/support-us/donate/
Each of these is indispensable in benefitting their specific causes, and we are proud to be involved with and support each one. Please consider visiting their links to investigate volunteer and/or donation opportunities.
